A fortnightly online yoga nidra practice for women who are running on empty and ready to come home to rest.
You know the feeling. Constantly doing, constantly giving, constantly "on", until even rest starts to feel like one more thing on the list.
You've probably tried the free YouTube videos. Maybe they helped for a moment. But somehow, they never quite stuck.
This is different.

My first encounter with the power of conscious rest came not from a meditation cushion, but on a yoga mat.
As a yoga teacher, I would guide students through Shavasana (the final resting pose) not as an afterthought, but as the whole point. That quiet body scan at the end of practice was where I watched people visibly let go, sometimes for the first time in their day. It taught me early on that the doing of yoga was only half the story. The real magic happened in the stillness that followed, when the body finally had permission to receive everything the practice had offered.
That seed of understanding grew as my work evolved. As a registered health coach, I have seen first hand how chronic stress quietly erodes our health gradually in the background of busy lives we have normalised as just the way things are. Through my studies in positive psychology, I came to understand something even more profound which is that the mind is not just connected to the body, it is in many ways running it. What we think, how we feel, and crucially, how much we allow ourselves to rest, shapes our biology in ways we are only beginning to fully appreciate.
I have also lived this. Having experienced burnout more than once, I know what it feels like when the body sends you the bill for all the rest you never took. That set me on a quest to understand rest as something richer than simply stopping, one of the most active and intelligent things we can do for ourselves.
This is where Yoga Nidra fits so beautifully. It is not another thing to add to your to-do list. It is the practice of consciously switching off, of giving the nervous system what it has been waiting for. In doing so, unlocking the body's own extraordinary capacity to restore, regulate, and thrive.
Rest, I believe, is not the reward for hard work. It is the foundation of it.
Twice a month, join me live on Zoom for a guided yoga nidra practice which is a deeply restorative state between waking and sleep, where the body finally gets permission to let go.
A recording can guide your body. A live session can hold your whole experience.
Each session moves gently through:
No two sessions repeat the same structure, so the practice stays alive, not routine.
£10 per session — includes the live session and 2-week replay access.
4-Session Pass — £35 (Best Value)Four live sessions, redeemable whenever suits you, no need to book them all at once. Each includes 2-week replay access. Works out to £8.75 per session.
Do I need any experience? None at all. Yoga nidra is a lying-down practice so there's nothing to "get right."
What if I fall asleep? Completely normal, and completely fine. If your body needs sleep, that's exactly what this space is for.
What if I miss the live session? The recording is available in your private folder for two weeks afterward.
What do I need? A quiet space, something to lie on, and a device with Zoom. Blankets and cushions welcome.
You don't need to earn it, prepare for it, or wait until things have calmed down.
Rest is not the reward at the end of doing everything right; it is something your body already knows how to do, if it is simply given the space and permission to do it. That is what this practice offers: a gentle hand guiding you inward, a rhythm to settle into, and a quiet, held space where you can finally put everything down, even if just for thirty minutes.
Come as you are, however depleted, however unsure, however long it has been since you truly rested. You will be met exactly where you are.
