My desire is for every mother to claim her birth right of living out her wildest dreams in a healthy body rather than sacrificing her health for a life of obligations with no room for her. 

There is more for you to experience in this lifetime and your dreams are a glimpse to what is possible. So let me guide you towards creating room in your life for the steps you will need to take to make it all possible whilst helping you get your mind, body and spirit ready for the journey. A process I have termed reconnecting with radiance.

I have designed ways to meet you where you are at and guide you towards reconnecting with your radiance so you can reclaim your birth right.

Every year I take on a small number of private clients at a time, due to the level of support that is offered and the depth at which I go to in helping you reconnect with your radiance. Particularly with body radiance, where a struggle with reconnection in this area will be met with a deep dive into finding out the physical and emotional root cause.  

As a private client, your coaching is tailored to your unique needs but always based on the 'Reconnecting with Radiance' framework outlined here.

• Bi-monthly 1-2-1 coaching sessions with me face to face on Zoom

• Access to me via Voxer (voice notes) for support between coaching sessions on business working days with responses within 24hrs of message sent
• A deep dive assessment of your gut health from which a prescribed program of action will be developed to enhance your digestion & absorption of nutrients consumed to be conducted and supported by a Certified Functional Medicine Prctitioner- Optional for 6 month programme 
• Lifetime access to all my online radiant courses

If you have children between the ages of 0 to 10, then this program is for you. It is a A self-study program that has been designed to help you kickstart your journey towards reconnecting with and maintaining your radiance in the form of courses, masterclasses, and more.

Investment: 12 monthly payments of £30 for 12month access
